How the day works

The truck or trailer tends to draw a crowd, so we’ll help you choose a spot with room for a queue. We can serve in the rain, though guests will want somewhere covered to stand or sit. By late September, sunset in Lower Kingswood is around 7:05pm, so an evening taco service may start as the light fades. A late-May wedding keeps its light until roughly 8:50pm.

  1. Tell us the date, the venue, day and evening numbers and your plans.
  2. Together we choose a taco bar, evening food or both, and we send a quote.
  3. We confirm access, the serving spot and the running order with the venue.
  4. On the day, we set up and serve on cue, around speeches and photos.
  5. We pack down after service and leave our area tidy.

  • Approximate guest numbers, including children
  • Whether you’d like food, drinks or both
  • The date and time of the event
  • A picture of the space, if it’s a garden or field

Still deciding on the menu? That is fine: give us the basics about your wedding, and we will suggest a menu. When you’re ready, fill in our quote form.
