Step by step
Here’s how the day normally runs: we arrive and set up, service opens at the agreed time, and your guests are served fresh for the agreed time. Late-September events in America Ground see sunset at about 7:00pm, so a later service will need some lighting. A late-May event keeps its light until roughly 8:45pm.
