Mexican catering for your event in Fishbourne
Planning taco catering for an event in Fishbourne? We bring our truck or trailer to events in and around Fishbourne: private gardens, venue grounds, courtyards and fields, as long as there is safe access. At staff parties and office lunches and garden get-togethers, we can serve tacos, burrito bowls and burritos and more.
Somewhere as small as Fishbourne, a garden or field is often the venue. Country lanes, long drives and gates are fine if we know about them, and firm ground matters, especially after rain. Timings are planned around your event, so service starts when you want it.

The process
Once service is over, we pack down and clear our own area. We agree set-up and pack-down times with you and your venue. Around midsummer it stays light in Fishbourne until about 9:20pm; by late September sunset is nearer 7:10pm, so summer evening events are usually served in daylight. In December it’s dark by about 4:00pm, so winter events need lighting around the truck and the queue.
- Send us your date, numbers and venue.
- We plan a menu that covers every diet.
- We confirm the way in and where we’ll park.
- Guests order at the hatch or build their own at the taco bar.
- After the last serving, we clear our area.
Getting ready for the day
- Tell us when you want service to start
- Get the venue’s permission for us to park and serve
- Name one person we can ask on the day

Why book with us
- Everything served fresh from the hatch
- Allergen information for every dish
- A quote that sets out what’s included
- A menu built around your guests

- Let us know if a guest is coeliac
- Let us know about any other food at the event
- Confirm allergies by email before the event
- Plan a vegan filling as well as a vegetarian one
If timings change on the day, tell us and we’ll adjust.
Ask about extra salsas and toppings for a bigger spread.

Fishbourne questions
Can you serve near the sea around Fishbourne?
Yes, as long as the site allows it and the ground is firm. Wind, sand and seafront permissions are the main things to plan on the coast.
Can you cater a reception after a service at St. Edmund's Church?
Yes. The church itself is not where we’d set up, but a hall, field or garden close by with room for the truck or trailer can work well. Let us know the reception address and we’ll check the access.
What food and drinks do you offer?
Mexican street food: tacos, taco bars, burritos, bowls, nachos and quesadillas, with salsas, guacamole and toppings. A drinks bar is available too.
How does your Mexican catering work?
Our truck or trailer is a mobile kitchen. We set up, serve your guests and clear away when service ends.
Can you cater in a back garden?
Yes, if the truck or trailer can get in and park on level, firm ground. Send us a photo of the access and the space, and we’ll tell you honestly whether it works.
Do you bring plates and cutlery?
Please ask us. Tell us what your venue provides, and we’ll set out plates, napkins and cutlery in your quote.
Can you set up at our venue?
Tell us about the venue and the way in, and we’ll confirm what we need. We also need room for a queue.
Can we have a build-your-own taco bar?
We can. A build-your-own taco bar can be served from the truck or a serving station, with fillings, salsas, guacamole and toppings. Read our taco bar guide.
