Taco bar hire near Findon Valley
For planners, venues and organisers
If you are organising for someone else, whether you are a planner, an office manager or an event organiser, we are happy to deal with you and the venue directly. It keeps things simple.
Throwing a party at home? Send us a picture of the space and tell us about the drive and gates, and we’ll tell you honestly whether a truck or trailer will fit.
How our taco bar hire works in Findon Valley
Our taco bar travels to events across Findon Valley and the surrounding area: from barns and marquees to gardens, halls and offices, wherever there’s room for the table. We serve slow-cooked fillings kept hot, warm corn and flour tortillas and pickled onions and toppings, and it is a good fit for evening receptions and family celebrations.
In a smaller place like Findon Valley, a taco bar in your garden or a local hall keeps things simple. We set up and run the station, and guests choose their own fillings and toppings. Tell us where we can park and unload. We serve from the hatch of our truck or trailer, or from a serving station, and we plan the service around your numbers.

Planning the serving area
The route in matters as much as the spot itself. We look for:
- Shelter from rain and sun for an outdoor bar
- The venue’s agreement for the taco bar and our vehicle
- A clear route from the vehicle to the serving spot
If you are unsure, send a photo of the space and the way in, and we’ll say what we think.

- Tortilla chips
- Corn and flour tortillas
- Vegan fillings
- Salsas and guacamole
- Two to four fillings
Why choose taco bar hire in Findon Valley?
Compared with a hog roast or carvery, a taco bar handles vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free guests without separate plates. There’s no one-size-fits-all price for taco bar hire. A simple party menu and a full wedding day are very different jobs. Your quote sets it all out.
What you get with us
- Menus for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free guests
- Allergen information for everything we serve
- Fast service, even with a queue

Your questions about taco bar hire in Findon Valley
Do you cater in the South Downs National Park?
Yes. Some venues there have rules about vehicles, ground and catering, so check with yours. We’ll follow the site rules.
How far is Findon Valley from central London?
It is about 47 miles from central London, and inside the area we cover.
How do you handle dietary needs at the taco bar?
Keeping each dish separate makes mixed diets easier, though we can’t guarantee there are no traces of any allergen. Guests with severe allergies should talk to us first.
What if the weather’s bad?
We can serve from the hatch in the rain. Plan cover for guests, such as a marquee or gazebo, and let us know if the ground gets soft after heavy rain.
Do you have dairy-free options?
Yes. We offer dairy-free options.
Can guests build their own tacos?
We can. We can set up a build-your-own taco bar, served from the truck or a serving table, with fillings, salsas and toppings to choose from. Read our taco bar guide.
Can you run a bar?
Yes, we run a Mexican drinks bar, serving margaritas, Mexican beer, aguas frescas such as hibiscus and horchata, and soft drinks. Alcohol at an event may need a licence, such as a premises licence or a Temporary Event Notice, so we will go through the licensing with you.
What’s on the menu?
We agree a sample menu with each client. Fillings might include chicken tinga, pork carnitas, al pastor-style pork and vegan options like black beans. Our sample menu has more ideas.
What happens on the day
Guests tend to gather around the truck, so we plan a spot with space for people to queue. We can serve in the rain, but guests will need somewhere covered. Evenings in Findon Valley stay light until about 9:20pm in June, but by late September sunset is around 7:05pm. Once it gets dark, guests need to see what they’re adding to their tacos.
- Send us your date, where the taco bar will go, numbers and dietary needs.
- We suggest fillings, salsas and toppings for the bar and send a quote.
- Before the day, we confirm the serving spot, unloading, power and water with the venue.
- We set out warm tortillas, hot fillings, salsas and toppings, and guests help themselves.
- When service finishes, we clear the table and pack the vehicle.
Getting ready for the day
- Tell us when you want service to start
- Find out what power and water are available
- Arrange somewhere covered for guests to eat

DIY taco night or a caterer?
If you do it yourself, work out quantities first: see how many tacos per person. Keep tortillas warm in a covered basket, and label dishes for guests with allergies.
Doing it yourself saves money, but the host ends up in the kitchen. Booking a caterer means you can relax with everyone else.
