How the day works
When we arrive, we position the truck or trailer and get the serving area ready. We are ready to serve at the agreed time, so everything runs to your schedule. Around midsummer it stays light in Little Portugal until about 9:20pm; by late September sunset is nearer 7:05pm, so a summer taco bar outside normally runs in daylight. In December it’s dark by about 3:55pm, so guests will need light to see the fillings and toppings.
