Taco bar hire in Littleworth, from our truck or trailer

Our truck and trailer service typically suits around 50 to 400 guests, while smaller parties are quoted case by case. Share your headcount and we’ll size the taco bar to match. It suits engagement parties and back-garden gatherings, with a build-your-own taco bar, guacamole and burrito bowls.

For a rural spot like Littleworth, a taco bar beside the truck in a field or garden is a simple set-up. Taco bar hire or something else?

A standard buffet often sits out cold. Our fillings stay hot and the bowls are topped up as guests come back. A food truck can be a practical alternative to plated catering, as there’s no kitchen to hire. Contact us for a quote to compare.

Why us?

  • Quick, friendly service from the hatch
  • Everything served fresh from the hatch
  • Access, space and power checked in advance
  • Allergen-aware menus

See our prices page and the cost guide.

How the day works

Guests tend to gather around the truck, so we plan a spot with space for people to queue. We can serve in the rain, but guests will need somewhere covered. Around midsummer it stays light in Littleworth until about 9:25pm; by late September sunset is nearer 7:10pm, so an outdoor taco bar in summer is normally served in daylight. For winter events, dark by about 3:55pm, plan good lighting over the station.

  1. Start with the essentials: the date, venue, headcount and diets.
  2. We plan the fillings and toppings with you and quote for them.
  3. Before the day, we confirm the serving spot, unloading, power and water with the venue.
  4. Our staff set up the station, keep the fillings hot and top up the bar through service.
  5. When service finishes, we clear the table and pack the vehicle.

How to prepare

  • Choose a level, firm spot for the truck or trailer
  • Check gates and access routes are wide and high enough
  • Tell us what power and water the site has

Littleworth: your questions answered

Can you bring your truck or trailer to Shotover Country Park?

Only with permission from whoever runs the park, often the council. Check with them, and we will provide what they ask for from us.

How far is Littleworth from London?

About 48 miles from central London, and well within our area.

Do you do a taco bar?

Yes, a taco bar is one of our options. Tell us about your space and numbers and we will recommend how to serve.

Do you stay to run the taco bar?

The taco bar is served from a table or station by our staff, so your hosts don’t need to. When service ends, we clear it away.

Can you run a bar?

Yes, we run a Mexican drinks bar, serving margaritas, Mexican beer, aguas frescas such as hibiscus and horchata, and soft drinks. Alcohol at an event may need a licence, such as a premises licence or a Temporary Event Notice, so we’ll go through the licensing with you.

Can you set up where a truck can’t get in?

The taco bar can be served from a table or station away from the truck. We still need somewhere close to unload our vehicle, and the venue has to agree.

Who clears up?

We pack down and leave our area tidy. Tell us the venue’s rules on waste and clearing up and we will talk it through.

What’s on the menu?

We agree a sample menu with each client. Fillings could include chicken tinga, pork carnitas, al pastor-style pork and vegan options like black beans. Our sample menu has more ideas.

How we price taco bar hire

These are the factors that matter most:

  • Food, drinks or both
  • How many staff you need
  • The menu you choose
  • Plates, napkins and cutlery

If you have a budget in mind, tell us, and we will suggest a menu to match. A simple menu can still feel generous.

What to tell us

You do not need everything decided to ask for a quote, but it helps to know:

  • What power and water the site has
  • Diets and allergies you know about
  • How we drive in and where we can park
  • Your date and when you want service to start

It is easy to get a price: tell us the date, place, numbers and any dietary needs. We will come back with a clear quote and a suggested menu.
