Taco bar hire near Puddledock

Taco bar hire in Puddledock, from our food truck or trailer

The taco bar works for a wedding breakfast, a party or a working lunch. Building your own is quick, which keeps the line moving, and nobody waits long. It suits working lunches and wedding day food, with fresh salsas, pickled onions and toppings and slow-cooked fillings kept hot.

In a London neighbourhood like Puddledock, a taco bar is handy when the truck can’t reach the garden or the room. Our staff set up a serving station on a table, and guests build their own tacos. We still have to unload nearby, so let us know about loading, permits and parking. All of Greater London is inside the ULEZ. Timings are planned around your event, so service starts when you want it.

Why choose taco bar hire in Puddledock?

A plated wedding breakfast needs a kitchen, waiting staff and fixed courses. A taco bar needs a serving spot, somewhere close to unload and the venue’s agreement, with power and water confirmed when you book. If you have a budget in mind, tell us, and we will suggest a menu to match. A simple menu can still feel generous.

Why us?

  • Allergen information for everything we serve
  • Events in Puddledock and across Greater London

How the day works

From late May to late September, sunset in Puddledock moves from about 8:50pm to 7:05pm. Let us know if an outdoor station will run after dark, and we will talk about lighting.

  1. Share a few details about the event.
  2. You get a suggested taco-bar menu and a quote.
  3. We check power, water and access with your venue.
  4. We arrive, unload and lay out warm tortillas, fillings and toppings.
  5. At the end, we take everything away.

Can I do a taco night myself?

You can host your own taco night for a crowd, but it takes planning. There are fillings to slow-cook, tortillas to keep warm and salsas to make. Read our guide to taco bars.

Some hosts like to do it themselves. The usual problems are cold tortillas, running out of a popular filling and a host stuck at the stove. If you’d rather enjoy the party, let us serve.

Your questions about taco bar hire in Puddledock

What about parking in Puddledock?

That depends on the street. A drive, a courtyard or a bay suspended by the council can all work, so tell us what’s outside your venue. The ULEZ covers all of Greater London.

Which station should guests use for Puddledock?

The closest is Edenbridge station, roughly 2.5 miles away.

What do you need at the venue?

A level, firm spot for the truck or trailer, with access wide and high enough to drive in, plus the venue’s permission. We confirm power and water with you for each booking.

Can you set up where a truck can’t get in?

The bar can stand on its own, away from the truck or trailer. We still need to park our vehicle nearby to unload, and the venue’s agreement.

What food and drinks do you offer?

We agree a sample menu with each client. Fillings might include chicken tinga, pork carnitas, al pastor-style pork and vegan options like black beans. See our menu for ideas.

What is a build-your-own taco bar?

A serving table is laid with warm tortillas, hot fillings, salsas and toppings, and each guest builds their own. Our staff keep it hot and topped up.

Is a taco bar right for a wedding?

A taco bar makes a relaxed, sociable wedding meal. Service is timed around speeches and photos. Read our taco bar guide for ideas.

Can the taco bar cater for special diets?

We plan vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free choices, with corn tortillas for gluten-free guests. Every dish has allergen information.

Estates and listed houses set their own rules for caterers, so check where a taco bar station and our vehicle would be permitted before booking. The Kent Downs National Landscape is within about 8 miles of Puddledock, with barns and country venues that could host a taco bar. Where vehicles cannot reach the room, the station can be set up there with the venue’s agreement, but we still need to unload close by.
