Taco bar hire for Three Ashes events

Taco bar hire in Three Ashes, from our truck or trailer

For a bigger spread, burrito bowls, nachos or quesadillas can sit alongside the tacos. Margaritas and aguas frescas from our drinks bar can be added. We serve a build-your-own taco bar, warm corn and flour tortillas and burrito bowls, which works well for barn and marquee parties and team socials.

Somewhere as small as Three Ashes, a garden, barn or hall can host a taco bar. If the truck cannot get close, we can set the station up nearer your guests, as long as we can unload within a short walk. We arrive ready to serve, and clear our own area when service is finished.

Questions from Three Ashes

Is Three Ashes close to London?

About 44 miles from central London, and well within our area.

We’re having a ceremony at Church of St. Mary: can you cater afterwards?

Yes. The church itself isn’t where we’d set up, but a hall, field or garden close by with room for the truck or trailer can work well. Let us know the reception address and we will check the access.

Do you bring plates and cutlery?

Ask us when you enquire. Let us know what you already have, and we will confirm what’s included with your quote.

Do you give allergen information?

Yes, and it helps to hear about allergies when you book. Under UK rules, caterers must give information on 14 allergens, and we do that for every dish (Food Standards Agency guidance). Anyone with a severe allergy should speak to us before the event.

Can guests build tacos at a wedding breakfast?

A taco bar makes a relaxed, sociable wedding meal. We fit it around your speeches and photos. Read our taco bar guide for ideas.

Do you cater for vegetarian guests?

Yes. Vegetarian and vegan fillings, such as spiced mushrooms or black beans, can be part of the menu, served alongside the meat options.

Can you cater for children?

Of course. Mild dishes, quesadillas and nachos can be part of the menu. Include children in your numbers.

Can you cater in a back garden?

It depends on access. If the truck or trailer cannot reach the garden, a drive or a spot nearby may work, with permission. Send us a photo and we will talk it through.

Dietary needs and planning tips

Allergies and diets are taken seriously. Here’s how you can help:

  • Tell us about coeliac guests specifically
  • Agree the serving spot with your venue early
  • Confirm any allergies to us by email
  • Make sure guests have somewhere to sit

Dishes are labelled, with allergen information available at the table.

Loaded nachos make a good starter while the bar is set up.

What affects the price in Three Ashes

Your quote will be clear. What affects it most:

  • How many guests we are serving
  • Your choice of food and drinks
  • Adding food to drinks, or drinks to food
  • How many staff you need

Extra dishes, drinks and longer service are priced on request, so you can choose what you need.

What we need to know

To speed things up, tell us:

  • Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and allergy numbers
  • The date and time of the event
  • A picture of the space, if it is a garden or field
  • Access for the truck or trailer, including gates and ground

Not sure what you need yet? No problem: tell us about the occasion and the guests, and we’ll suggest a menu. When you’re ready, send a quick message through our quote form.

Step by step

Once service is over, we pack down and clear our own area. We agree set-up and pack-down times with you and your venue. A December taco bar in Three Ashes will be in the dark from about 4:00pm, so an indoor spot or a well-lit station works best. At midsummer, by contrast, daylight lasts until about 9:25pm.

  1. Send us the date, venue and numbers.
  2. Together we choose what goes on the bar.
  3. We confirm the table spot and where we’ll unload.
  4. Our staff set out the bar and guests build their own tacos.
  5. We clear the bar away after service.

Preparing for the day

  • Give us your final numbers and diets
  • Give us a contact for the day
  • Tell us when you want service to start

For planners, venues and organisers

If you’re booking for a business, tell us what your finance team needs, and we’ll talk you through the process. We’re happy to liaise with facilities on access and timings.

Venues often have their own rules about outside caterers: where vehicles can park, access times and the paperwork they need. Send us your venue’s requirements and we’ll follow them.

Planning the serving area

Every venue is different, so we ask about the space when you get in touch. In general, we need:

  • Room nearby to park and unload our vehicle
  • Power and water arrangements, confirmed with each booking
  • A flat spot for the taco-bar station

If you are unsure, send a photo of the space and the way in, and we’ll say what we think before booking.

What we offer

  • Tortilla chips
  • Two to four fillings
  • Salsas and guacamole
  • Vegan fillings
  • Pickled onions and toppings
  • Corn and flour tortillas

Comparing your options

A taco bar and a truck serve the same food in different ways. From the truck, we put each order together; at the taco bar, guests do the building. Larger events can cost less per head, because the set-up is similar for different sizes of event. Give us your numbers and we’ll quote.
