How it works
Expect a friendly, organised team. We agree arrival and serving times in advance, set up our food truck or trailer, and serve without fuss. At midsummer, it’s light in Shide until about 9:20pm, so evening drinks can be served in daylight. In late September it’s dark around 7:10pm, and in December by about 4:00pm, so evening bars need lighting.
- It starts with your date, venue, numbers and what you’d like to serve.
- We go through the licensing with you: the venue’s licence or a Temporary Event Notice.
- We put together a drinks menu, with alcohol-free choices, and quote for it.
- On the day, our bar staff serve drinks responsibly at the agreed times.
