Is it possible to have you in Barnard Park?
It depends on the park’s owner, who would need to agree to a catering vehicle on site. Ask them first; if they say yes, we will send what they need from us.
We’re having a ceremony at St Mark's Church: can you cater afterwards?
Yes. The church itself is not where we’d set up, but a hall, field or garden close by with room for the truck or trailer can work well. Let us know the reception address and we’ll check the access.
How far ahead should we book?
As soon as you have a date. Peak dates go quickly, so it pays to ask early.
Is a taco bar right for a wedding?

How big an event can you cater?
Truck and trailer service generally suits around 50 to 400 guests. Smaller parties are quoted case by case, and festivals can be larger. Tell us your numbers.
Do you do margaritas?
Yes, we run a Mexican drinks bar, serving margaritas, Mexican beer, aguas frescas such as hibiscus and horchata, and soft drinks. Alcohol at an event may need a licence, such as a premises licence or a Temporary Event Notice, so we will talk licensing through with you.
What should the venue provide?
A level spot for the serving table, room to queue and somewhere close to unload our vehicle. Power and water are confirmed with each booking.
How do you handle dietary needs at the taco bar?
We plan gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian and vegan choices, with corn tortillas for gluten-free guests. Allergen information is available for every dish.
