About our taco bar hire in Bagnum
Add burrito bowls, loaded nachos or quesadillas if you’d like more choice. Margaritas and aguas frescas from our drinks bar can be added. It works well for barn and marquee parties and staff parties, with guacamole, a build-your-own taco bar and pickled onions and toppings.
For a rural spot like Bagnum, a taco bar beside the truck in a field or garden is a simple set-up. Tell us about gates, ground and the distance from the lane, and we’ll confirm power and water with you. Guests are served from our truck or trailer, or from a serving table nearby, and we plan service so the queue keeps moving.
Is taco bar hire right for your event?
Plated meals depend on a kitchen and a team of waiting staff. A taco bar needs a serving spot, somewhere close to unload and the venue’s agreement, and power and water are confirmed with each booking. Access, parking and the distance to your venue can affect the price, so tell us about the venue when you ask for a quote. The full price is confirmed in your quote.
Why book with us

The process
Once service is over, we pack down and clear our own area. We agree set-up and pack-down times with you and your venue. Evenings in Bagnum stay light until about 9:25pm in June, but by late September sunset is around 7:10pm. Once it gets dark, guests need to see what they’re adding to their tacos.
- Tell us about your event and your guests.
- You get a suggested taco-bar menu and a quote.
- Access, power and water are agreed beforehand.
- We arrive, unload and lay out warm tortillas, fillings and toppings.
- At the end, we take everything away.
Before we arrive
- Check the venue is happy to have a truck or trailer on site

Prices and what affects them
Contact us for a quote, and the price is based on:
- The number of people
- Timings and hours
- What the venue already provides
- Whether you add a drinks bar or food
Extras, such as more dishes, extra drinks or a longer service, are quoted on request, so you choose what goes in.
What to tell us
We can quote more accurately with a few details. Here’s what’s useful:
- How we drive in and where we can park
- The date and time of the event
- A picture of where we’d park
- Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and allergy numbers
Each quote is tailored to your event. Tell us your date and guest numbers, and we will confirm whether we are available that day.
Before you choose a spot
If a space is not suitable, we’ll tell you. What matters most:
- Cover overhead if the bar is outdoors
- Room for the bar alongside the vehicle, if booked together
- Space for a serving table on level ground

DIY taco night or a caterer?
A DIY taco night works well for a small group. For big numbers or lots of diets, a caterer makes life easier, and handles allergen information for you.
Doing it yourself saves money, but the host ends up in the kitchen. With a caterer, you get the food and drinks without the work.

Common questions in Bagnum
Do you come out to small places like Bagnum?
Yes. Villages and hamlets are part of our area, and the main thing is access: tell us about the lane, the gate and the ground.
Can the taco bar go in a local hall rather than outside?
We can, as long as the venue agrees. The station needs room for a queue, and we need to park and unload close to the door.
Do you bring plates and cutlery?
That’s confirmed with each quote. Tell us whether your venue has crockery or you’d prefer disposables.
How do you handle dietary needs at the taco bar?
Keeping each dish separate makes mixed diets easier, but we cannot promise an allergen-free kitchen. Guests with severe allergies should talk to us first.
Can you cater for vegetarians and vegans?
Yes, they’re part of the planning from the start. Tell us your numbers when you ask for a quote, and we’ll keep their options separate.
Can you do gluten-free food?
Yes, we offer gluten-free options, made with corn tortillas. Let us know about coeliac guests in advance so we can talk through how their food is prepared.
What space does a taco bar need?
A level spot for the serving table, room to queue and somewhere close to unload our vehicle. Power and water are confirmed with each booking.
What if a vehicle can’t reach the serving spot?
It can go beside the truck or trailer, or somewhere a vehicle cannot reach. Either way, we need to unload nearby and have the venue’s permission.
What’s on the menu
Salsas
Guests add as much heat as they like.
Warm tortillas
Soft corn and flour tortillas, kept warm. The corn ones suit gluten-free guests.
Organising for someone else?
If you’re booking for a business, tell us what your finance team needs, and we will talk you through the process. We are happy to liaise with facilities on access and timings.
Events in public spaces, like parks, generally need permission. We can send what the landowner or council needs from us.
Why choose taco bar hire in Bagnum?
Vegans, vegetarians and gluten-free guests eat from the same table, since corn tortillas and vegan fillings sit with everything else.
