About our taco bar hire in Forest Corner

Our staff set up the taco bar and look after it through service: warming tortillas, keeping fillings hot and refilling the salsas as they go. Your hosts can stay with their guests. For wedding breakfasts and wedding evening food, we can serve a build-your-own taco bar, burrito bowls and warm corn and flour tortillas.

For a rural spot like Forest Corner, a taco bar beside the truck in a field or garden is a simple set-up. Tell us about gates, ground and the distance from the lane, and we confirm power and water arrangements before the day. We plan the timings around your day, whether that’s speeches, a lunch break or a festival schedule.

Can I do a taco night myself?

For a small group, a taco night at home can work well. For larger numbers, mixed diets or a wedding, a caterer takes the pressure off, with allergen information for every dish.

Plenty of people try a DIY taco night at home. The usual problems are cold tortillas, running out of a popular filling and a host stuck at the stove. If you’d rather enjoy the party, let us serve.

Common questions in Forest Corner

Do you cater in the New Forest National Park?

Yes. Some venues there have rules about vehicles, ground and catering, so check with yours. Tell us about narrow lanes and soft ground.

Do you come out to small places like Forest Corner?

Yes, small places are no problem, given access. Let us know about access and parking for the truck or trailer.

What food and drinks do you offer?

Mexican street food: tacos and build-your-own taco bars, burritos, burrito bowls, nachos and quesadillas, plus salsas, guacamole and toppings. A drinks bar is available too.

Do you provide drinks?

Yes. The drinks bar can be added to food or booked on its own. We’ll check the licensing for alcohol with you.

Is the taco bar staffed?

We set up and stay to keep the bar hot and stocked.

What does taco bar hire cost?

Every event is quoted individually, so the price fits what you want. Tell us your date and numbers for a clear quote.

Can guests build their own tacos?

Yes, a taco bar is one of our options. Tell us about your space and numbers and we will recommend how to serve.

Do you provide allergen information for each dish?

We plan allergen-aware menus, including for nut allergies, with allergen information for every dish. We keep options separate, but we cannot promise anything is completely allergen-free. Guests with severe allergies should talk to us before the event.

Catering for every guest

Good planning keeps every guest safe and happy. Try these:

  • Ensure one filling is vegan
  • Give us separate numbers for children
  • Pick the spot for the taco bar in advance
  • Fit the bar into your running order

Fillings are kept hot and tortillas warmed in batches, so the bar stays fresh from the first plate to the last.

Loaded nachos make a good starter while the bar is set up.
