Taco bar hire near Norton

Taco bar hire for your event in Norton

Our staff set up the taco bar and look after it through service: keeping the fillings hot, warming tortillas and topping up the bowls. Your hosts can stay with their guests. We serve warm corn and flour tortillas, a build-your-own taco bar and slow-cooked fillings kept hot, and it suits wedding breakfasts and wedding evening food.

Somewhere as small as Norton, a garden, barn or hall can host a taco bar. If lanes or soft ground stop the truck getting close, the station can be set up nearer your guests, though we still need to unload within a short walk. Timings are planned around your event, whether that’s speeches, a lunch break or a festival schedule.

What taco bar hire costs

Here’s what makes the biggest difference to the price:

  • Serving staff
  • Guest numbers
  • How long we’re needed on site
  • The menu you choose

There’s no one-size-fits-all price for taco bar hire. A simple party menu and a full wedding day are very different jobs. Your quote sets it all out.

Getting an accurate quote

For a quote, it helps to have:

  • Expected numbers
  • The venue or postcode
  • Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and allergy numbers
  • How we drive in and where we can park

To get a price, just send us your details through our quote form. Give us the details of your event, and we’ll put together a menu and price.

Fresh salsas, from a mild tomato salsa to something hotter, made for your event.

Toppings

Toppings let guests finish their tacos their way, and dairy-free choices are kept apart.

Planners, venues and businesses

Booking for a company? Tell us what your finance team needs, and we will explain how it works. We can work with your facilities team on access and timings.

Hosting a party at home? Send us a photo of the space and tell us about the drive and gates, and we will tell you honestly whether a truck or trailer will fit.

Catering for every guest

Mixed diets are straightforward to plan for, because options can be kept separate. A few tips:

  • Ask guests with severe allergies to contact us before the day
  • Include a vegan filling on the bar
  • Send us allergy details in writing
  • Tell us how many children are coming

A covered spot keeps the bar and guests dry if it rains, so plan somewhere sheltered if you can.

A wider range of salsas suits guests who like it mild and those who like it hot.

Who books taco bar hire in Norton?

The bar can go where a vehicle can’t, like a barn, courtyard or hall, if the venue agrees.
