Taco bar hire in Kent Street

Taco bar hire for your event in Kent Street

The bar can stand beside our food truck or trailer, or on its own. If the truck can’t get to the spot, we park close by, unload and carry the bar in, with the venue’s agreement. Popular choices include pickled onions and toppings, guacamole and burrito bowls, which works well for retirement parties and marquee parties.

Somewhere as small as Kent Street, a garden, barn or hall can host a taco bar. If lanes or soft ground stop the truck getting close, the station can be set up nearer your guests, as long as we can unload within a short walk. We will check the space, access and power with you before the day, so there are no surprises on arrival.

How the day works

We need a level, firm spot we can drive the truck or trailer onto, and we agree power and water arrangements before the day. A picture of the space helps. Around midsummer it stays light in Kent Street until about 9:15pm; by late September sunset is nearer 7:00pm, so an outdoor taco bar in summer is normally served in daylight. For winter events, dark by about 3:55pm, plan good lighting over the station.

  1. Get in touch with your date and headcount.
  2. We agree a menu that covers every diet.
  3. Nearer the date, we confirm timings and the serving spot.
  4. Service starts when your running order says.
  5. We clear our station when service ends.

Kent Street questions

How far is Kent Street from central London?

Roughly 49 miles from the centre of London, and well within our area.

Can the taco bar go in a local hall rather than outside?

Yes, if the venue allows outside caterers. Tell us about the parking, the doors and the space for the station.

How many guests can you serve?

Truck and trailer service typically suits around 50 to 400 guests. Festivals can be bigger, and smaller parties are quoted case by case. Tell us your numbers.

Can you set up where a truck can’t get in?

It can go beside the truck or trailer, or somewhere a vehicle can’t reach. Either way, we need to unload nearby and have the venue’s permission.

Do you stay to run the taco bar?

Our staff set up the bar, keep the fillings hot and top up the dishes.

How does a taco bar work?

Each guest builds tacos from the fillings, salsas and toppings laid out. Our staff look after the bar throughout.

How much is a food truck for an event?

It depends on guest numbers, the menu, the length of service and the location. Contact us for a quote.
