How our taco bar hire works in Virginia Water

We serve burrito bowls, guacamole and pickled onions and toppings, and it’s a good fit for leaving and retirement parties and office lunches.

How we price taco bar hire

The price comes down to a few factors:

  • How many staff you need
  • The length of service
  • Travel, parking and access
  • The menu you choose

Got a budget? Let us know, and we will suggest a menu to match. A simple menu can still feel generous.

What we need to know

For a quote, it helps to have:

  • The date and time of the event
  • How we drive in and where we can park
  • The address or venue name
  • A picture of the space, if it’s a garden or field

Most quotes start with a few simple details: the date, where the event is, how many guests and any dietary needs. To send them, drop us a line using the enquiry form.

DIY taco night versus a caterer

DIY catering keeps costs down, but the host spends the party serving. With a caterer, you get the food and drinks without the work.

Not sure whether to do it yourself or book a caterer? Think about numbers, diets and how much you want to enjoy the day. Contact us for a quote to compare.

Occasions we cater for in Virginia Water

Guests on special diets do not need a separate meal, since corn tortillas and vegan fillings sit with everything else.

A truck or trailer suits almost any gathering. In Virginia Water, you could book us for occasions like:

  • Leaving dos
  • Marquee parties
  • Working lunches
  • Birthday parties

Taco bar hire or something else?

The difference between a taco bar and truck service is who builds the taco. From the truck, we put each order together; at the bar, guests build their own. Comparing caterers? Look at what each quote includes: service time, staff, plates and napkins, travel and VAT. Our quote sets out what’s included.

What you get with us
