The truck or trailer tends to draw a crowd, so we’ll help you choose a spot with room for a queue. We can serve in the rain, but guests will need somewhere covered. In The Haven, the sun sets at about 9:20pm in late June and about 7:05pm in late September, so an outdoor taco bar in summer is usually served in daylight. For winter events, dark by about 3:55pm, plan good lighting over the station.
