It depends on the menu and how long service runs, but our truck and trailer service normally suits around 50 to 400 guests. For anything outside that, ask us.
Do you have vegan options?
Yes. Vegetarian and vegan fillings, such as spiced mushrooms or black beans, can be part of the menu.

The process
Your timings come first. If things run behind, tell us and we will adjust the start of service where we can. Around midsummer it stays light in The Holt until about 9:25pm; by late September sunset is nearer 7:05pm, so a summer taco bar outside normally runs in daylight. In December it is dark by about 3:55pm, so guests will need light to see the fillings and toppings.
