About Mexican bar hire in Bracknell Forest
Alcohol at an event needs the right licence: a premises licence at the venue, or a Temporary Event Notice. We’ll go through the licensing with you. It suits wedding drinks receptions and staff parties, serving aguas frescas, agua de jamaica and soft drinks.
We work to your timings. If things run behind, tell us and we will adjust the start of service where we can.
- Send us your date, venue, numbers and drinks ideas.
- Together we check how alcohol will be licensed at your event.
- You get a suggested drinks menu and a quote.
- On the day, our bar staff serve drinks responsibly at the agreed times.
- We pack away when the bar shuts and leave the area tidy.
Cost
Larger events can cost less per head, because the set-up is similar for different sizes of event. Tell us your numbers for an accurate price.

What affects the price in Bracknell Forest
Every event is priced individually, based on a few main things:
- Serving staff
- Parking and the route in
- The menu you choose
- How long we are needed on site
There is no one-size-fits-all price for Mexican bar hire. A simple party menu and a full wedding day are very different jobs. Your quote sets it all out.

We need only a few details to quote: the date, where the event is, how many guests and any dietary needs. To send them, fill in our quote form.
